#Interview:
How do you plan? Do you plan weekly, daily, as part of a team or individually?
In the school we came together once a week at grade level, all the grade duty comes together and they see what they want to do and how they want to do it, it takes six hours to write every thing you want to say and want to do.

Do you do anything you haven’t planned to do?
Yes, regularly, it’s something comes up in class, for example when we do something and the child say oh my dog has a nice nose for example, then we could change the hall contents.

What is important to you when planning a lesson?
I want to the children have the sense of the achievement when they do the lesson, Also its must to be interesting and fun.

Do you plan to do the same thing with all the children in the classroom?
Yes, i like to teach to whole group, and then i like to challenge the children who has more able, and i like to give extra help to the student who are weaker.
